摘要 将Waugh结构(NH4)6[MnMo9O32].8H2O吸附于活性炭上,制备了负载型固体催化剂,通过乙酸苄酯的合成对该催化剂的性能进行了研究.经正交实验法确定了适宜的反应条件:酸醇摩尔比2.0:1.0,催化剂用量为1.8g,带水剂甲苯用量为2.5ml,反应时间90min,酯化率可达80.4%.该催化剂具有催化活性高、不污染环境、可重复使用等特点. The study starts with Waugh-type(NH4)6[MnMo9O32]·8H2O absorbed on activated carbon and supported solid catalyst has been prepared.The catalyst properties have been studied through the synthesis of benzyl acetate.The appropriate reaction conditions have been obtained by orthogonal test: molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohol is 2.0,the catalyst dosage is 1.8g,the water carrying agent toluene dosage is 2.5ml,reaction time is 90min and etherification yield is 80.4%.The catalyst has high catalytic activity.It is non-polluting and can be re-used.
