摘要
多选项选择题(Multiple-choice question,MCQ)是当今各种医学考试的主流设置题型,具有便于组织实施,考核结果易于分析的优点,同时存在可猜测性缺陷。设计不合理的选择题可猜测性增加,导致考核效度下降。现就常见引起可猜测性升高的原因举例分析,并推荐了可行的解决方案。
Multiple-choice question （MCQ） is the mostly applied form of tests in medical examinations recently, which has the character of easy to organize, and the test results are convenient to analyze, but there is defect of predictability. Inappropriately designed MCQ has greater predictability leading to the decrease of test validity. This paper presents some examples of MCQ revealing the causes of there elevated predictability, and proposes some applicable improvement suggestions.
