This article discusses the caution of streamlining the staff and strengthening the Communist Party of China , regarding the quantity, quality, combating corruption and building a clean government, idea. Then it points that streaming the staff and strengthening the Communist Party of China is both our first imperative of building-- up work of the Party and an important measure of improving the scientific level of building--up work of the Party. Healthy development of the Party career benefits from streamlining the staff and strengthening the Communist Party of China. It is concerned that some department of the Party central committee and the wide awake people who care about the development and building of the Party beyond the Party.
