基于组织—公众的公共关系传播模式是大多数公共关系案例研究的基本结构。然而,这一模式难以从动态的历时性和开放性解释公共关系状态的发展变化。一般系统理论有关内容的尝试引入用以建立一个较为合理的置于公共关系系统的解释途径。

It is a basic structure for public relations researchers to study a case based on the model with organi- zation-public. However, this model is difficult in explaining the development and transformation in view of diachron- ie and open way. The paper trys to introduce systems theory into public relations in order to build a more reasonable approach in its interpretation.
