摘要
随着信息时代的发展,信息技术的日益普及,企业运用网络作为营销手段来推广产品、扩大知名度,伴随而来的是危机公关的易发和频发问题。以网络危机公关的内涵和网络信息的传播平台,来寻找网络环境与企业危机公关的契合点,提出网络环境下企业面对危机公关的应对策略。
With the development of information age, the widespread of information technology made enterprises use internet as their marketing measures, which could easily lead public relations into crisis. This paper, based on the significance of internet stage and the connotation of public crises, seek for the joints between the internet envi- ronment and the public crises of enterprise, trying to give some strategies to solve those problems.
