"民工荒"已成为社会的焦点,也是众多经济学者及农业问题研究者的关注点。以河北保定市为例,比较全面深入地分析了返乡农民的生存现状和再就业状况,提出了返乡农民工再就业的对策建议。

The phenomena of ＂shortage of peasant workers＂ has become the attention of the whole society and the focus of many economists and researchers on agricultural issues. This paper, tak- ing Baoding, Hebei as an example, proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on the re-em- ployment of home-going peasant workers on the basis of comparatively overall and in-depth analysis to their current living situation and their re-employment.
