An Analysis of Employment Effect of the Labor Flow under the Blue Economic Zone Strategy

近年来国家对海洋经济的发展越来越重视,而涉及这一方面的研究还处于初步阶段,研究海陆产业劳动力流动问题更少。文章从劳动经济学角度分析蓝色经济区战略下,劳动力要素在海洋产业和陆域产业之间流动的影响因素以及经济效果。比较分析海陆产业发展水平、海陆产业劳动生产率、海陆产业比较劳动生产率等方面,挖掘劳动力要素流动的决定因素,最终为构建蓝色经济区献计献策。

In recent years,China has paid much attention to developing marine economy,but the research on this topic is still at the initial stage.And even less research touches upon labor mobility of marine industry.This article is aimed to analyze from economic perspective the influencing factors and economic effects of the labor flow between marine and and terrestrial industry under the blue economic zone strategy.This paper also discusses the deciding factors of the labor flow by comparing development level of the marine and terrestrial industry,labor productivity,comparative labor productivity and so on.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of blue economic zone.
