罗源湾海洋生态资本对区域经济贡献度的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Marine Ecological Capital's Contribution to Regional Economy of Luoyuan Bay

海洋生态资本是发展海洋经济的根本与保障,合理开发利用海洋生态资本是实现可持续发展模式的必经之路,然而现有市场经济背景下,海洋生态资源的价格难以真实体现,造成海洋生态资本的价值下降。在福建省罗源湾实证数据的基础上,选取海水养殖指标,通过回归分析论证海洋生态资本对区域经济增长的影响程度,结果表明当养殖生产服务的价值量增加1%时,总产出将增加0.86%,说明海洋生态资本对经济增长有明显促进作用;通过灰色关联分析对比相关产业与GDP的关联程度,说明海洋生态资本与GDP的关联程度较高,因此在今后开发海洋资源、发展海洋产业时应充分考虑海洋生态资本的重要作用。

Marine ecological capital is the foundation and motivation of the development of marine economy.Therefore,the rational development and utilization of marine ecological capital is the only way to achieving sustainable development.However,it is difficult to reflect the true price of marine resources in the current context of market economy,resulting in the declining value of marine ecosystem capital.On the basis of empirical data of Luoyuan Bay in Fujian Province,we select indicators of marine aquaculture and estimate the impact made by marine ecological capital on economic growth by using regression analysis.The result shows that when the magnitude of value of aquaculture production services increases by 1%,the total output will increase by 0.86%,indicating that the marine ecological capital has a significant effect on promoting economic growth.Using gray correlation analysis and comparing correlation with GDP among related industries we find that marine ecological capital is associated with higher levels of GDP.Therefore,we should take into consideration the important role of marine ecological capital in the development of marine resources and marine industry.
