摘要
发展并提升文化内容产业,是繁荣文化的必由之路,也是增强国家文化软实力的重点所在。然而,就目前我国文化内容产业的形势而言,存在着内容创作与内容经营主体激励不足的瓶颈制约,需要采取有效措施加以解决:对内需要解决文化内容创作的激励机制问题,对外需要深化细化相应的具体举措,促进文化内容走出去。
The development of the cultural content industry is the only road to flourishing culture,and the key to increasing the national cultural soft power.However,as far as our country cultural content industry is concerned now,there are some bottlenecks on content creation and incentive inadequacy,which need to take some effective measures: cultivating the incentive mechanism of cultural content creation domestically,and promoting cultural content export internationally.
