摘要
2010年中央一号文件对农民工问题非常重视,特别提出要解决好新生代农民工的问题。从职业培训角度分析了新生代农民工城市融入的瓶颈问题,并给出了应对策略。
The first document released by the Central Government in 2010 focuses on the issue of migrant workers. After a brief introduction to the background that new generation migrant workers crowded into cities, this paper emphasizes the obstacles faced by new generation migrant workers and the comprehensive training to them from skills training to city lifestyles.
