摘要
流动是学术职业的固有属性,其本质是人力资本的流动,是教师人力资本产权在组织之间的转移。由于高校学术职业人力资本的形成是个体和组织共同作用的结果,高校教师拥有对自身人力资本的所有权,通过契约让渡使用权、支配权和收益权。因此,组织应分享人力资本增值产权。在学术职业流动过程中,通过合约规定双方的责权利,是促进合理流动、实现学术劳动力市场健康发展的根本保证。
Flow is an inherent nature of the academic profession,of which the essence is flow of human capital and shift of the property right of the teachers' human capital among organizations.Since the formation of the human capital of the academic profession is attributed to the efforts of both individuals and organizations,college teachers own their human capital,while the rights of the use,dominion and remuneration belong to schools through contract assignment.In the flow process,the appreciation part of the human capital should be shared by both organizations and individuals,and the responsibilities,power and interests are stipulated through the contract,which is the basic guarantee of healthy development of the academic labor market.
