物质资本、人力资本投资对产出水平及经济增长的影响

Effect of Investment in Human Capital and Physical Capital on Output Level and Economic Growth

本文在对我国1978～2008年31个省、市、自治区的人力资本投资量进行测算的基础上,利用拓展的MRW模型及相关数据,考察了物质资本、人力资本投入对我国人均实际产出及经济增长的影响.研究发现,物质资本投资和人力资本投资对我国人均实际产出及经济增长具有显著的促进作用,并且物质资本投资比人力资本投资的产出份额要大.在此基础上,还估算了我国物质资本、人力资本投资的贡献率,发现人力资本投资的贡献率小于物质资本.

The investment on human capital of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions from 1978 to 2008 was estimated. On the basis of the estimation and with the expanded MRW model, the paper investigates the effect of the investment in physical capital and human capital on real output per capita and economic growth in China. The findings show that physical capital and human capital investment has been playing a significant role in promoting real output per capita and economic growth. The output share of physical capital investment is larger than that of human capital investment, and the contribution rate of human capital investment is smaller than that of human capital investment.
