摘要
针对目前机械运动部件实时快速定位的需要,研究了一种快速开发运动控制系统并达到高控制精度的方法.采用了PC+PMAC的结构,硬件主要由PC机、PMAC运动控制卡、电机等组成,系统软件使用LabVIEW2009环境为开发平台,对多轴运动控制系统进行开发,提出了通过Active X自动化技术实现上位机和下位机的通信.结果表明,所开发的系统不仅有友好的人机交互界面,而且具有开发周期短,易于操作,实现功能的扩充方便等特点.
According to the need of real-time and fast positioning of the mechanical moving parts,a method used to fast develop motion control systems to achieve high control accuracy was designed.The system uses the structure of PC and PMAC.System hardware consists of PC,PMAC multi-axis motion control cards,motors and other components.System software uses LabVIEW2009 environment as development platform to develop multi-axis motion control system.Proposed Active X automation technology to achieve the communication with host computer and lower machine.The result shows that the developed system not only has a friendly interactive,but also has great capability and the specialty of short exploitation time and easy using.It is very convenient to expand more functions.
