小檗碱对肥胖患者血清C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨小檗碱对超重肥胖患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法 118例单纯肥胖患者随机分为小檗碱组及对照组,在治疗前及治疗4周后抽取静脉血,分别应用全自动生化分析仪及高压液相色谱仪检测超敏C反应蛋白的浓度。结果与对照组相比,小檗碱组在治疗4周后的血浆超敏C反应蛋白水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论服用小檗碱可降低肥胖患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白,抑制炎症反应。 Objective To investigate the effect of berberine on overweight and obese patients with high-sensitivity C-reactive protein.Methods 118 patients were randomly divided into berberine group and control group,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein concentration was detected using automatic biochemical analyzer and high-pressure liquid chromatography treatment before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels of berberine group were significantly decreased(P0.05) after 4-week treatment.Conclusion Berberine can reduce high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in plasma of obese patients,and inhibit the inflammatory response.
