Considerations on Deepening in Reform of Chinese Social Medical Insurance System

本文分析了我国现行城镇职工医疗保险制度中存在的问题，对近年来医疗保险制度改革进行了客观的评价，并对我国城镇医疗保险制度的改革中提出了新的思路。

This paper analyzes the problems of ongoing Chinese medical insurance system which covers only those who are on the state payroll. It also make an objective evaluation on the recent reform of medical insurance system. And finally it proposes some new ideas on the reform in this regard.
