摘要
以某黄金冶炼厂氰化尾渣为原料,采用高酸浸出对氰化尾渣进行处理。探讨了高酸浸出硫酸用量、浸出时间和浸出温度对氰化尾渣中铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:硫酸用量为理论量3.5倍,浸出温度363 K,浸出时间4 h时,氰化尾渣中铁浸出率达93.33%。对高酸浸出渣进行氰化浸出,金、银回收率分别达到90%和76.92%。
The cyanide tailing of a gold smelter as material was treated by the method of superacid leaching.The effects of the sulfuric acid dosage,the leaching time and the leaching temperature on the leaching rate of Fe from the cyanide tailing were probed.The results indicated as the following:the leaching rate of Fe would be 93.33% when the of sulfuric acid dosage was equivalent to 3.5 times of the theoretic dosage,the leaching time was 4h,and the leaching temperature was 363 K.The residue after superacid leaching was leached again through cyanidation,and the recoveries of Au and Ag with 90% and 76.92% respectively were detected.
