新型芳香重氮盐的光与热稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 合成了几种芳香重氮盐感光材料,发现1的最大吸收峰位于343nm,与355nm激光器的光谱能很好地重叠.2和3的吸收光谱分别红移至453nm和433nm,在可见光范围内与高压汞灯有很大的光谱重叠.2具有比3更好的热稳定性及快速的光分解速度. Several aromatic diazo salts were synthesized. The absorption peak of 1 at 343 nm can overlap very well with the laser of 355 nm. The absorption maxima of 2 and 3 are located at 453 nm and 433 nm respectively, which can greatly overlap with the high-pressure mercury lamp. These peaks expend the overlap with the high-pressure mercury lamp in the visible region. 2 exhibited better thermal stability than 3.
