摘要
１９９７年 ９月，我国零售物价指数首次降到零值以下，随后其一路下滑，全国零售物价连续 ３０个月呈现负增长。与此相伴随，经济增长率持续下降，我国经济周期已经运行到了谷底阶段，通货紧缩与经济发展相伴。如何将经济拉出通货紧缩的阴影，适时地调整财政、货币政策是至关重要的。
Since the Change of our retail price in Sept. 1997, a negative growth of our retail price has been lasting for 30 months. The economic growth rare has declined and the economic cycle stands in a low period. It is very important how to extricate the economy from disinflation and to adjust financial and monetary policies appropriately.
