新型针织圆机卷布机驱动装置研究

Study of the new type roll-up mechanism driving device of the circular machine

针对针织圆机传统卷布机驱动装置使用中存在的问题,提出一种新型卷布机驱动装置,分析该装置的工作原理和主要结构功能。这种实用的新型针织圆机卷布机驱动装置具有提高圆机使用寿命,避免编织部件损坏,减少工伤事故等优点,对针织企业的设备改进提供一定参考依据。

In view of the presently existed problems in use of the traditional roll-up mechanism driving device of circular knitting machine, this paper designs a new type roll-up mechanism driving device and mainly presents its working principle and main features. The results show that the developed new driving device can lengthen the service life of circular machine,avoid damages to knitting elements and reduce work accidents,which can provide references for equipment improvements in the knitting enterprises.
