水介质旋流器分选粗煤泥的试验研究

Experimental study on separating coarse slime by water-only cyclone

以西曲8#粗煤泥为研究对象,采用正交试验方法,优化了水介质旋流器的结构参数;测定了优化后的水介质旋流器的分选效果;对比了优化后的水介质旋流器和干扰床分选机对西曲8#粗煤泥的分选效果,得出水介质旋流器在较高密度下分选效果较好,可能偏差为0.147,数量效率为90.84%。

Talking the Xiqu No. 8 coarse slime as the study object, the structure of parameters of water - only cyclone was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The separation efficiency of the optimized structure parameter was investigated and the effects of Water - only cyclone are compared with teeter bed separa- tor. The conclusion is that the Water - only cyclone gives better separating result under the higher sepera- tion density, the Ep values is 0. 147 and the organic of efficiency is 90.84%.
