摘要
介绍了基于WINCC的煤泥干燥系统热源炉燃烧控制系统结构、功能、软件和硬件设计、燃烧控制以及系统的I/O点配置。生产实践表明,采用本系统控制的燃烧炉,用煤量和输出的发热量得到了优化,排尘、排烟也有了较大的改善,为用户带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为煤泥干燥系统热源炉燃烧的智能化决策与管理提供了一个新的技术方案。
This paper introduces the structure, function, design of software and hardware, combustion control as well as lay out of I/O points of coal slime drying combustion control system based on WINCC. The application shows that by using furnace controlled by this system, the coal consumption, heating ca- pacity is optimized and the dust discharge is remarkable reduced, which bring a better society and econo- my results for its users. And also provid a new technical method of control and management of combustion for heating furnace drying coal slime.
