摘要
针对高职院校法律基础课教学存在的问题,分析了法律基础课教学对知法、守法、用法三者关系的认识,社会多元价值与一元价值的认识以及以学生为主体教学过程的认识中存在的三种偏差。提出了注重法律价值观教育,突出法律思辨能力的培养和建立对话式师生关系的三种矫正方法,为高职院校法律基础课教学改革与实践提出了建议和对策。
In view of the teaching problems existing in the law basis class in higher vocational colleges, the article points out three cognitional deviations,which are the relationship between law-knowing,law- abiding and law-using, the understanding of social pluralistic and monistic value and the understanding of student-centeredness in teaching process.According to these,the article puts forward three corrective ways, which are paying attention to legal values education,strengthening the legal thinking ability and establishing conversational relation between teachers and students.Its goal is to offer suggestions and countermeasures for reform and practice of the law basis class in higher vocational college.
