摘要
人格的黑暗面是指人格的异化和非功能性。藉人格的黑暗面视角,论述了完美主义对运动表现、动机、焦虑、自尊和锻炼的非适应性影响;解释了体育情境中的"完美主义悖论",认为形成悖论的原因在于完美主义人格内部存在非适应性因子、体育情境的特异性及其他因素的中介效应。从个体差异、认知机制、应用领域等9个方面指出了未来的研究方向。
From the perspective of the dark side of personality, the authors expatiated on the non adaptive effects of perfectionism on sports performance, motive, anxiety, self-respect and exercising, explained ＂perfectionism paradoxes＂ in sports scenarios, and thought that the cause for paradox formation is that inside perfectionism personality there are the mesomeric effects of non adaptive factors, particularity of sports scenarios, and other factors. The au- thor pointed out the future research directions of this topic in 9 aspects such as individual difference, cognition mechanism, area of application etc.
