摘要
针对内蒙古鄂尔多斯电力公司2号汽轮机2、3号瓦频繁发生间歇性振动造成保护动作停机问题。在对汽轮机振动进行全面分析的基础上,利用检修时机进行处理,基本消除了间歇振动现象。分析结果表明:汽轮机发生间歇振动的主要原因为动静摩擦所致。
Aiming at the problems of No.2 and NO.3 bearing shell often appearing intermittent vibration in No.2 turbine of Inner Mongolia Erdous Electric Power Company,base on the full analysis of this vibration,using the overhaul opportunity,eliminates the phenomena of intermittent vibration.The result of analysis shows that the main reason resulted in intermittent vibration of bearing shell is locomotor and static friction.
