聚亚甲基-b-聚苯乙烯(PM-b-PS)有序多孔膜的制备及表征

摘要 通过呼吸图法(BF)用含有聚烯烃段的嵌段共聚物聚亚甲基-b-聚苯乙烯(PM-b-PS)制备有序多孔膜。本文考察了嵌段聚合物不同嵌段分子量的大小以及相对湿度对多孔膜形貌的影响。随着PS嵌段的分子量增大,有序多孔膜的平均孔径从1.4μm逐渐增加到2.5μm。在相对湿度为70%和80%下制备出的多孔膜平均孔径分别为1.6μm和2.1μm。 Highly ordered microporous films were successfully fabricated via the breath figure(BF) method using well-defined polymethylene-b-polystyrene(PM-b-PS) diblock copolymers containing polyolefin segment.The influence of molecular weight of diblock copolymers and relative humidity on the morphology of the porous films were investigated.It was found that the average pore size of the film increased with increasing molecular weight of polystyrene segment.While increasing the relative humidity,the average pore size of the film also increased.
