三酰甘油水平与颈动脉粥样硬化关系的研究现状 被引量：6

摘要 动脉粥样硬化（Atherosclerosis,As）是发生临床心血管事件的病理基础,As是累及大、中动脉的慢性、进行性及全身性病变,其基本病变形式主要为动脉内膜脂质沉积、单核巨噬细胞浸润、内膜纤维化和粥样斑块形成,其发生发展最终将导致冠心病和脑卒中等心脑血管疾病的发生。在我国以As为基础的缺血性心脑血管疾病发病率逐年升高。
