摘要
文章针对部分HXD1C型机车车轴在超声检测中出现异常反射波的情况,对其产生原因进行试验分析,确认异常反射波为幻象波而非缺陷波,并在分析和试验的基础上提出了鉴别的方法和重复频率的适宜范围。
A few number of type HXDIC locomotive axles are detected to have abnormal echoes in service ultrasonic test. Through the theoretic analysis and practical test of the relevant reasons, the abnormal echoes are identified to be phantom echoes instead of defect echoes, the distinguish method and the suitable range of pulse repetition frequency are presented.
