茶多酚对高脂-高盐-果糖诱致左心室肥厚大鼠血压、血糖和血脂的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的大鼠给予高脂-高盐-果糖饲养,建立左心室肥大的动物模型,探讨茶多酚对该模型大鼠血糖和血脂的影响。方法取SD大鼠50只,随机分为正常组和模型组。除正常组大鼠10只外,其余大鼠均给予高脂-高盐饲料喂养,交替饮用糖盐水(糖4%,盐1%)和果糖水(6%)8周。根据血压情况,随机将高血压的动物分为模型对照组(蒸馏水)、卡托普利组(25 mg/kg)、茶多酚高剂量组(200 mg·kg-1)和低剂量组(50 mg·kg-1),每组10只。继续给予高脂-高盐-果糖饲养,同时,分别灌胃给予上述药物处理4周。分别在0、4、8、10、12周末测定血压,药物处理4周后,取血测定血糖和血脂的变化;取心脏组织做病理学检查。结果与模型组比较,茶多酚处理4周后,明显减低模型大鼠的血压(P<0.05),降低血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量(P<0.05),增加高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量(p<0.05),并改善血糖水平和胰岛素敏感性。同时,明显改善模型大鼠心肌组织的病理性损伤变化。结论茶多酚对高脂-高盐-果糖诱致左心室肥厚大鼠具有降低血压、调节血脂和改善胰岛素敏感性的作用。
