军校营造良好学风的几点思考

Thoughts on Developing Favorable Learning Atmosphere in Military Academy

针对当前军校学风建设存在的问题,从加强思想教育、完善教学管理制度、发挥队干部良好的导向作用、加强教风建设及落实教学管理制度等方面提出了军队院校营造良好学风的对策.

Concerning for the existing problems in construction of learning atmosphere in military academy,this article proposes some countermeasures for developing good learning atmosphere in military academy,in terms of strengthening ideological education,bettering the teaching management systems,exerting the better guiding function of the team officers,and improving the teaching style as well as executing the teaching management systems.
