摘要
采用混合湿磨工艺,宏观上改善了水泥石灰砂加气混凝土料浆的悬浮性、均匀性和浇注稳定性,砌块性能提高。而托勃莫来石相对减少,CSH凝胶增多,水热反应较充分,则是改善工艺性能,提高制品质量的微观机理。
Comparing with traditional process, the suspension, uniformity and casting stability of the aerated Ce- ment-Lime-Sand concrete slurry are improved macroscopically by applying wet blend-milling technique. The quality and properties of the block can meet standard requirement for high grade product. Furthermore. a comparative reduction of Tobermorite, an increment of CSH gel and sufficient hydrothermal reaction are the microscopic mechanism of improving property of process and increasing quality of product.
