摘要
以玉米秸秆和水稻稻壳为原料,采用正交设计的实验方法,研究不同的配比、不同的成型温度、不同的成型压力对复合生物质颗粒燃料的影响,综合评定复合生物质颗粒燃料的灰熔融性、焦渣特性、成型密度和外观品质。实验结果表明:75﹪玉米秸秆和25﹪水稻稻壳的配比,在32MPa的成型压力、180℃的成型温度条件下压缩成型的复合生物质颗粒燃料的综合性能最佳。
This paper researches the influences on composite biomass particle fuel caused of different ratios, molding temperatures, orming pressures of raw materials-corn stalk and rice husk by using orthogonal design method. The ash fusibility, characteristic of crucible non-volatile matter, forming density and appearance are synthetically assessed, and the experimental effect value is determined. The experimental results show that the comprehensive property of the composite biomass particle fuel is the best when the percentage of corn stalk is 75% and the percentage of rice husk is 25%, the forming pressure is 32 MPa, and the molding temperature is 180 ℃.
