摘要
在国家级力学实验教学示范中心建设过程中,针对力学中工程及研究创新实验面临的设备局限性与开放性等问题,以6台电子万能试验机为基础,自行设计、联合开发了综合力学实验平台,增加了二维移动机构及三维加载系统,建立了集力学性能与应变电测于一体的智能化过程,扩展了原有力学实验的内涵,形成了工程性、研究创新性、安全灵活性、大型化、开放性等特点,其"用不坏"的强大保护功能及自编的"导学"系统,成功解决了大型设备开放的难题,在系统搭建并逐渐完善的10年中,增加固有实验教学项目6~8个,学生自选的创新实验取得累累硕果。
In the course of National Mechanics Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center construction, in order to solve the limitation and opening problems of test device in innovative experiments, 6 electronic univer- sal testing machines were improved. A mechanics experimental platform was designed and developed, 2D loco- motion mechanism and 3D loading system were added and an intelligent system with mechanics properties measurement and strain electrical measurement was built, so the connotation of mechanics experiments was ex- pended greatly. The developed devices have characteristics of engineering feasibility, research innovation, safe- ty, large-scale and openness, and also have prefect protective functions and a self-made intelligent tutoring sys tern. In the past 10 years of the gradually developed process, 6-8 teaching experiments have been added and innovative experiments designed by college students have obtained great results.
