以嘉兴学院实验中心近几年的建设与发展为例,分析了新的历史条件下高校实验室建设拓展的方向,指出实验室建设与管理是一个相互促进、不断完善的动态过程,实验室需要交叉构建,大幅度提升实验室产学研一体化水平。为保证实验室可持续健康发展,提出实验室绩效考核评价体系的切入点和新思路。

As a university laboratory long-acting work, it is very important for the construction and management of newly-established universities laboratories. And here, based on the construction and development of Engineering Experimental Center of Jiaxing University in recent years, as an example of dynamic processes, new expansion directions for laboratory construction were analyzed in university laboratories in the new period. In order to keep the sustainable development of laboratory construction, the new breakthrough point and ideas for performance evaluation system were put forward.
