Basic ideas of scientific construction and open management of laboratory in colleges and universities in western area

基于西部地区高校对实验室和实验设备的需求不断增加,而原有实验室建设与管理模式越来越不能满足实验教学改革需求的状况,提出西部地区高校实验室在建设、教学、资源管理、实验队伍及评估方面发展的基本思路,以此不断推进实验室的合理建设和管理水平的提高,从而促进实验室又好又快地发展。

With the constant progress of teaching reform in colleges and universities in western area, the universal application of modern teaching method, the expansion of enrollment scale, and the increasing needs of laboratory equipment, the recent construction and management mode of laboratory are not able to meet the need of teaching reform. Therefore, this paper aims to put forward basic development thought about construction, teaching, management, and assessment of laboratory, and then improve the level of management of laboratory to promote good development of laboratory.
