高等学校开展科学仪器研发创新工作的思考

Thinking on R&D and innovation of scientific instruments in colleges and universities

积极开展科学仪器研制工作是高校参与国家科技创新体系建设的重要途径。从我国开展科技创新工程的大背景出发,分析了科学仪器创新工作的意义和重要作用,并结合高校的具体情况,分析了高校开展仪器创新的不同阶段。最后,以北京大学为例,介绍了高校开展相关工作的具体探索与实践。

Emphasizing on technological innovation and improving the core competitiveness are an important aspect of the technology policies in most countries in the world nowadays. Actively researching on new scientific instruments is a main way how the universities get involved in the construction of the nation＇s system of technological innovation. This article is under the background of the nation＇s technological innovation project; analyzes the significance of the innovation on scientific instruments; and elaborates on the different phases of the innovation on the instruments in the universities based on the characteristics of the universities. At last, this article introduces the exploration and the practice made by the universities, taking PKU as an example.
