基于因子分析法的军车驾驶员安全意识评价研究

Evaluation of Military Vehicle Driver＇s Safety Consciousness Based on Factor Analysis

针对传统驾驶员安全管理中存在的问题，从安全认知、安全态度、安全意志、安全行为4个维度构建了军车驾驶员安全意识评价指标体系；以因子分析理论为支撑，通过对驾驶员安全意识的调查评价，分析得出影响驾驶员安全意识的主要因素，以提高驾驶员安全意识培养的针对性。

In order to solve the existing problem in traditional vehicle safety management and improve the training pertinence of driver＇ s safety consciousness, this paper establishes indexes in four parts including safety consciousness, safety attitude, safety will and safety behavior, then evaluates the safety consciousness of drivers based on factor analysis theory , and finds the main factors that affect driver＇s safety consciousness.
