公共礼仪素养是公务员在社交礼仪应酬中应具备的基本素养。当前,我国公务员公共礼仪素养整体不高,存在语言不规范、行为失当等现象。作为政府机构及公务员的培训机构,应加强对公务员公共礼仪方面的培训,积极探索更好的培训模式和方法,将公务员礼仪知识培训长期化、系统化、制度化和规范化,更好地服务于和谐社会的建设。

Public etiquette is a kind of basic accomplishment which should have in the social etiquette activities.Due to the lack of standard language and inappropriate behavior,the current public etiquette of the civil servants is not satisfying.As the Government agency and the training agency for civil servants,we should enhance the training of the public etiquette,explore the better training models and methods,and make the public etiquette training persistent,systematic,standard and institutional,which can also help to build the harmonious society.
