浅谈新时期高校图书馆馆员的素质及能力

结合高校图书馆的发展趋势及馆员素质现状,提出新时期高校图书馆馆员只有通过转变观念,竖立主动服务意识和创新意识,提高自身修养,增强业务能力等途径,才能提高图书馆服务质量,真正发挥高校图书馆作用,更好地为教学及科研工作服务。

Based on the analysis of library＇s future development and librarian＇s quality in college,the thesis proposes that librarian changing concept,building initiative service awareness and innovative sense,improving self-cultivation and professional ability,can promote service quality and bring college library into full play,providing better service for teaching and researching work.
