摘要
综合评述了厌氧消化技术研究进展。从脂肪及离子含量、温度、固含率及稀释率、接种物和接种量等方面对餐厨垃圾厌氧消化技术进行了介绍。
The research progress of anaerobic digestion technologies of food waste was summarized. Anaerobic digestion technologies of food waste were introduced in several aspects such as fat and ion content, temperature, solid concentration and dilution rate, the a- mount of inoculums and inoculation. This study provided a theoretical basis for the processing of anaerobic digestion of food waste.
