脑微出血对认知功能的影响及其发病机制研究进展 被引量:18

摘要 认知功能是人脑的高级功能,随着社会的老龄化,认知功能障碍和痴呆患者日益增多。流行病学研究显示,皮质下小血管病变是引起认知功能损害和痴呆的危险因素。通常,MRI上显示的白质高信号及腔隙性脑梗死被认为是常见的脑小血管病变标志。关于脑白质病变及腔隙性脑梗死与认知功能的研究颇多,但目前,在个体患者中脑白质病变及腔隙性脑梗死的临床意义仍难与患者的认知功能表现建立联系。
