协同护理模式对截瘫患者康复的影响

Influence of collaborative nursing pattern on patients with paraplegia

目的观察协同护理模式对截瘫患者康复的影响。方法将2003～2010年收治的截瘫患者52例随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组采用协同护理模式进行干预。出院随访3个月。结果干预组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患者抑郁、焦虑评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式可提高截瘫患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of collaborative nursing pattern on the patients with paraplegia.Methods 52 cases of paraplegia treated in our hospital from 2003 to 2008 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the intervention group used collaborative nursing pattern for intervention.Follow up after discharge from hospital lasted for 3 months.Results The complication rate in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were superior to the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The collaborative nursing pattern can improve the quality of life in the patients with paraplegia.
