宫颈癌腔内后装治疗的护理分析

Analysis of nursing in intracavitary after-loading brachytherapy for cervical carcinoma

目的探讨宫颈癌腔内后装治疗的护理方法对提高治疗效果的影响。方法回顾性分析95例宫颈癌患者采用腔内后装治疗过程的护理方法和经验。结果 95例宫颈癌患者均能完成治疗计划,达到预期效果。结论腔内后装治疗是现代治疗宫颈癌的主要方法之一,是体外照射的重要补充。结合治疗前、中、后的全程护理,其治疗效果更理想,更有利于防止意外发生,避免和减少放疗并发症(放射性膀胱炎和直肠炎)的发生率,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing methods on increasing the therapeutic effects in the patients with cervical carcinoma treated by intracavitary after-loading brachytherapy.Methods The retrospective analysis was performed on the nursing method and experience in intracavitary after-loading brachytherapy for 95 cases of cervical carcinoma.Results 95 patients with cervical cancer all completed the treatment plans and achieved the expected results.Conclusion Intracavitary after-loading brachytherapy is one of major modern methods to treat cervical cancer and the important supplement of external radiotherapy.The whole nursing care combined with pretreatment,intratreatment and posttreatment periods has more ideal curative effects and more conducive to prevent the occurrence of accident events,reduce the rate of radiotherapy complications（radioactive cystitis and proctitis） and improve the quality of life.
