孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘伴发过敏性鼻炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis on montelukast sodium combined with budesonide aerosol in treating bronchial asthma complicating allergic rhinitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘(BA)合并过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法将BA合并AR患者69例随机分为观察A、B组和对照组,每组23例。对照组给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入,观察A组给予孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗,观察B组给予加倍剂量的布地奈德气雾剂。治疗后比较3组肺功能指标变化情况及哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分,并观察其不良反应。结果治疗后观察A、B组最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)、第1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气流速峰值(PEF)水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后临床控制,显效,好转例数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论与单用加倍剂量的布地奈德气雾剂比较,顺尔宁联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗BA合并AR的临床疗效显著且无明显不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effects of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide aerosol in treating bronchial asthma（BA） complicating allergic rhinitis（AR）.Methods 69 cases of BA complicating AR were randomly divided into the observation group A,B and the control group,23 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide aerosol,the observation group A was given montelukast sodium combined with budesonide aerosol and the observation group B was given double dosage of budesonide aerosol.After treatment,the change of lung function and the asthma control test（ACT） scores were compared among 3 groups.The adverse reactions were observed.Results The levels of forced expiratory flow during middle half of FVC（MMEF）,the forced expiratory volume 1 second（FEV1） and the peak expiratory flow（PEF） in the observation group A and B were significantly improved,which were higher than those in the control group with statistical difference（P0.05）.The difference between the observation group A and B also showed statistical difference（P0.05）.The clinical control,the number of cases of excellent effects and improvement after treatment among 3 groups revealed statistical difference（P0.05）.Comparing the observation groups with the control group showed statistical difference（P0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in 3 groups.Conclusion Compared with using double dosage of budesonide aerosol alone,montelukast sodium combined with budesonide aerosol has apparent effects in treating BA complicating AR without obvious adverse reactions.
