腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗良性胆囊病变60例临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treating cholecyst benign lesions in 60 cases

目的总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)治疗良性胆囊病变的效果和经验。方法对2009年1月至2011年1月收治的良性胆囊病变行LC 60例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 60例患者中成功完成LC 58例,术中转开腹手术2例,所有患者均无术后并发症发生。结论只要严格掌握临床适应证,LC治疗良性胆囊疾病是安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To summarize the experiences and effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on cholecyst benign lesions.Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of cholecyst benign lesions treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2009 to January 2011 were selected and analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 60 cases,58 cases were treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy successfully and two cases were converted to open cholecystectomy during operation.There were no postoperative complications happened.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe and effective method for treating cholecyst benign lesions as long as the indication is mastered,which is worth for generalization in clinic.
