武汉市养老机构现状、问题及对策研究——基于武汉市7家养老机构的调查

Study on the Current Situations for the Elderly:Problems and Countermeasures——A Research Based on the Investigation of Seven Institutions for the Elderly in Wuhan

随着全社会老年人口不断增多,家庭养老的资源也不断萎缩,在这样的情况下,作为社会化养老的重要组成部分之一的机构养老服务将会承担越来越重要的作用。越来越多的家庭和老人也将机构养老作为他们安度晚年的重要选择,因此了解当前养老机构的现状,提供更为舒适的软硬件给老人们就显得尤为重要。以武汉市7家养老机构的现状为调查对象,该调查主要围绕养老机构的基本情况、资金来源和运营、人员构成身份待遇、护工状况等问题展开,为机构养老的发展提供参考。

With the aged population continuously increasing and the resources of family pension decreasing,the institutional care service for the aged,as an important constituent of social support for the aging,will play a more and more essential role because more families and old people than ever will choose institutional care.As a result,it is quite important to know the current situation of institutions for elderly and how to provide more comfortable service to the elder.This research made among seven institutions for elderly in Wuhan mainly focuses on the basic condition,source and operation of capital,identification and treatment of their members,situation of the workers and so on,providing reference for the development of institutional care.
