The theory of transaction cost is an important part of neoinstitutional economics.Specialization and advance of science and technology are important parts of institutional arrangement or innovation,which are aimed at minimizing the transaction cost in terms of the theory of transaction cost.This paper analyzes the factor of specialization and advance of science and technology deciding the transaction costs and their influence on its formation,and in turn discusses the influence of specialization and advance of science and technology on transaction costs.
