大脑胶质瘤病是罕见的原发脑恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高,预后很差。目前该病的主要治疗为放射治疗,但没有随机研究证实其有效性。化疗是有效的治疗手段,但其地位仍未确定。本文就该病的病理、临床表现、治疗和预后进行阐述。

Gliomatosis cerebri is a rare,diffusely growing neuroepithelial tumor with malignant behavior and poor prognosis.No standard treatment has been established due to the lack of a prospective randomized control trial.Radiation therapy as the first-line treatment have been supported by some studies.Chemotherapeutic effects as an adjuvant treatment or first-line treatment have not definitely proved yet.The pathology,clinical characteristics,management and prognostic factor of this disease are reviewed in the article.
