大安河金矿采用板框压滤机处理尾矿的生产实践

大安河金矿选矿排尾采用板框压滤干排设备后 ,选矿排尾形成了尾矿废水不外排循环利用的新工艺 ,使排尾成本大幅降低。由原来的 2 3 7万元 /a ,下降到现在的 84万元 /a,年多创效益达 1 70万元。此项技术改造 ,效益显著 ,值得同类岩金矿山借鉴。

After the dry tail removing equipment of plate frame pressure filter was employed to remove tail in Da An He Gold Mine,the waste water from tailing didnot outflow again,forming circulatary utilization,thus the cost of tail removing decreased greatly from RMB $2.37 mllions to $0.84million,and the economic benefit reached annually $1.7 million.This technical remoulding has gained marked benefit which is worthy to ba used for reference for the same kind gold mine.
