摘要
采用氢化物原子荧光法进行了各种条件试验和研究 ,不经任何分离富集 ,测定化探水样、地下水及生活饮用水中的痕量硒。该方法具有检出限低 ,操作简单、快速 ,灵敏度高 ,取样量少 ,可测定范围宽 ,没有明显干扰等特点。
The direct determination of trace selenium in chemical exploration water,underground water and drinking water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was made without preconcentration and separation .The method has advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,rapid,wide measuration range and no evident interference.
