摘要
采用溶液浸渍法制备了SiO2负载AlCl3催化剂,用AlCl3/SiO2作催化剂,合成了间戊二烯石油树脂。考察了载体预处理方式对负载量的影响及加入不同助催化剂对催化剂活性的影响,研究了催化剂组成对树脂产品性能的影响。结果表明:用H2O2预处理载体的负载量高于其他方法;CH4O3S为助催化剂时对催化活性的提高最明显。当n(CH4O3S)/n(Al)=0.10时,获得树脂的软化温度为105.1℃,色度为2,产品的收率达82.6%。该催化剂易与产物分离,并具有较好的重复使用性能。
The authors prepared a series of AIC13 catalysts supported on SiO2 via solution impregnation and synthesized 1,3-pipezylene petroleum resin with the catalysts. A comprehensive study was performed with the focus on influence of pretreatment mode of the carrier on loading of A1C13, dependence of the catalysts' activity on adding different cocatalysts and correlation between properties of the resin products and composition of the catalysts. The results show that the SiO2 carrier pretreated with H2O2 has higher loading of AlCl3 than its counterparts treated with other methods. The cocatalyst methanesulfonic acid(CH4O3S) gives rise to the most obvious increment in activity of the catalysts. In case the molar ratio of CH4O3S to Al is 0.1, the resultant 1,3- piperylene petroleum resin has a softening point of 105.1℃, color value of 2 and yield of 82.6%. The catalysts can be easily separated from the resin products and can be reused advantageously.
